转基因作物推广争议的成因及“反转”氛围的形成机理分析

摘　　要：涉及生态安全、粮食安全和食品安全的转基因作物推广争议,是政府、科学共同体、媒体与社会公众等多主体多元叙事的结果。政府对科普工作的主导不力、科学共同体单向叙事的失效、媒体对信息层级化的编码与操控以及社会内部社群分化的加剧,合力促成了这场社会性的科学争议。在现代性的心理焦虑下,公众对以转基因育种技术为代表的高新技术风险的恐惧与拒斥,在激进的心理对抗、文化对抗和社会对抗中逐渐形成了一种"反转"氛围。整个社会迫切需要一场科学精神的启蒙,在理性中审视和适应常态化的不确定性风险。The controversy over the promotion of genetically modified crops,which involves ecological security,food security and food safety,is the result of multiple narratives by the government,the scientific community,the media and the public.The inadequacy of government’s leading role in science popularization,the failure of the one-way narrative of the scientific community,the coding and manipulation of information hierarchy by the media and the intensification of social differentiation have all contributed to the social,scientific controversy.Under the influence of the psychological anxiety of modernity,the public’s fear and rejection of high-tech risks represented by genetically modified breeding technology has gradually formed an "Anti-GM" atmosphere,along with radical psychological confrontation,cultural confrontation and social confrontation.The whole society urgently needs an enlightenment on the scientific spirit to examine and adapt to the uncertainty of normalization in rationality.
