基于数据挖掘探析支沟穴主治病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：在系统整理支沟穴(SJ6)古今文献的基础上,利用数据挖掘技术,分析总结得出结论:主治病症方面,以内科的脾胃系、肝胆系、气血津液病症居多,1949年10月前在外科的瘰疬、耳鼻喉科的喉瘖上具有独特优势,自1949年10月后对带状疱疹、肥胖症疗效突出;优势配伍腧穴方面,1949年10月前多配伍五输穴、原穴,自1949年10月后以配伍募穴、下合穴居多,新增了配伍背俞穴,且加强了经穴与募穴、背俞穴的配伍。On the basis of systematically sorting out the ancient and modern literature of Zhigou point(SJ6)by using data mining technology,it is summarized and analyzed:In terms of indications,the diseases of the spleen and stomach system,hepatobiliary system,qi,blood and body fluid in the internal medicine department are the majority.It has unique advantages in surgical scrofula and otolaryngology laryngeal scrofula before october 1949.It has achieved outstanding curative effects on herpes zoster and obesity since october 1949.In terms of superior compatibility of points,it is compatible with five transport points and yuan-primary points before october 1949.Since october 1949,the compatibility of Mu acupoints and Xiahe acupoints has been the majority,and the compatibility of Beishu acupoints has been newly added,and the compatibility of meridian points with Mu and Beishu acupoints has been strengthened.
