摘　　要：总结辨证论治溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的四种常用治法。UC的发生与先天禀赋不足、感受外邪、饮食不节及七情内伤密切相关,在这些病因的作用下,脏腑功能失调,以脾虚湿蕴为源头,进而产生气滞、痰湿、湿热、血瘀等壅滞肠间,络瘀痰阻,血败肉腐,化为痈疡,日久及肾,脾肾两虚,正虚邪恋,缠绵不愈。治疗从气、血、湿、热论治,运用健脾祛湿法、清热止血法、祛腐涩肠法及温肾暖脾法辨证论治。Four methods of treating ulcerative colitis with syndrome differentiation are summarized.It is believed that the cause of the ulcerative colitis is closely related to the deficiency of natural endowment,invasion of exopathogen,improper diet and internal injuries caused by seven emotions.These causes lead to dysfunction of the viscera.The insufficiency of the spleen with accumulation of dampness is the beginning,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,dampness and heat,blood stasis and other obstructions obstruct the intestine,which results in a large carbuncle since blood stasis and phlegm dampness block the meridians and collaterals.Prolonged illness affects the kidney,eventually leads to weakness of the spleen and kidney,insufficient healthy qi causes pathogen lingering and the long duration.The treatment is based on qi,blood,dampness and heat,and the methods of invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness,clearing heat and stopping bleeding,getting rid of rotten meat and astringing intestine and warming the kidney and the spleen are used for treatment.
