摘　　要：以腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚作为涤纶染色高温匀染剂,探讨了聚氧乙烯链段中EO结构单元数对分散染料分散性、缓染性和移染性的影响。结果表明:腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚对分散染料有增溶、分散和移染作用,并且随着结构中EO数的增加而减弱,EO数在5~7的腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚缓染性能最佳。Using cardanol polyoxyethylene ether as a high-temperature leveling agent for polyester dye⁃ing,the relationship between dispersibility,migration property,retardation property and structure of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether were discussed.The results showed that cardanol polyoxyethylene ether had the effect of solubilizing,dispersing and migrating on disperse dyes,and decreasing with the EO number increasing in the structure.When the EO number was 5~7,the best retarding performance was obtained.
