摘  要:为了提高棉织物的疏水性能和抗皱性能,采用柠檬酸与侧链乙烯基聚硅氧烷(相对分子质量5000)改性聚丙烯酸酯(PASi)作为复合整理剂对棉织物进行整理。研究了复配种类、用量、焙烘温度和时间对织物抗皱性能、疏水性能、白度、透湿性能的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸与PASi复配使用,用量均为10 g/L,160℃焙烘3 min时,整理织物的缓弹折皱回复角达到200.0°,Hunter白度达到92.75%,水接触角达到111.55°,透湿量达到3443.74 g(/m2·d)。此时织物的抗皱与疏水复合整理效果最好,且水洗后织物的性能基本不变。In order to improve the hydrophobicity and wrinkle resistance of cotton fabrics,citric acid and polyacrylate modified by side chain vinyl polysiloxane(relative molecular mass 5000)(PASi)were used as com⁃posite finishing agents to finish cotton fabric.The effects of formulation type,dosage,baking temperature and time on wrinkle resistance,hydrophobicity,whiteness and moisture permeability of fabrics were studied.The results showed that when citric acid and PASi were used together,and the dosage was 10 g/L,after baking at 160℃for 3 min,the recovery angle of the slow elastic wrinkle of the finishing fabric reached 200.0°,the Hunter whiteness reached 92.75%,the water contact angle reached 111.55°,and the moisture permeability reached 3443.74 g/(m2·d).At this time,the wrinkle resistance and hydrophobic compound treatment effect of fabrics was the best,and the properties of the fabric after washing were basically unchanged.
