摘　　要：在严峻的疫情形势面前,防控一线的医护人员是令人敬佩的“逆行者”,也是容易出现心理问题的高危人群。如何科学管理队伍,做好新冠疫情下抗疫队伍的心理防疫尤为重要。2020年2月2日陕西支援武汉第二批医疗队前往武汉协和医院西院区,以精细化管理与最严制度建设,全方位队伍保障和关爱,适时心理支持与干预,团队精神的凝聚和指引等一系列心理防疫措施带领整支队伍121人在武汉坚守65天。抗击新冠肺炎疫情,不仅是一场防疫战争,也是一场心理战役。加强抗疫队伍的心理防疫不仅有助于提升医务人员的安全感和归属感,增强团队的凝聚力和向心力,提高整个医疗团队的救治能力和水平,也为其他抗疫队伍科学进行心理防疫提供了借鉴。In the face of the severe epidemic situation,the medical staff at the frontline of prevention and control are admirable“retrogrades”and are also prone to psychological problems.How to manage the team scientifically,and do a good job of psychological prevention of COVID-19 teams are particularly important.On February 2,2020,the second batch of medical teams from Shaanxi province went to the West Campus of Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital,with refined management and strictest system construction,comprehensive team protection and care,timely psychological support and intervention,and team spirit cohesion and guidance.A series of psychological epidemic prevention measures led the entire team of 121 people to stay in Wuhan for 65 days.The fight against COVID-19 is not only a war on epidemic prevention,but also a psychological battle.Strengthing the psychological epidmic prevention of anti-epidemic teams not only builds the sense of security and belonging of medical staff,strengthens the cohesion and centripetal force of the team,and improves the treatment ability and level of the entire medical team,but also provides a reference for other anti-epidemic teams to conduct scientific psychological epidemic prevention during the epidemic.
