新冠肺炎抗疫一线护士内心真实体验的质性研究

摘　　要：为了解临床一线护士在抗击新冠肺炎疫情过程中的内心真实体验,为后期的心理干预、应急预案的完善、公共卫生管理等提供理论依据。采用目的抽样法,选取各省市15名在湖北参加抗击新冠肺炎的一线临床护士进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果显示,一线护士内心真实体验主要提炼出五个主题:紧张、焦虑、担心、恐惧等心理应激反应;工作负荷大;防护知识与技能欠缺;强烈的社会责任感与自我价值满足感;个别患者的不尊重、不理解。一线护士虽有自我价值满足感等正性体验,但也有焦虑、恐惧、工作强度大等负性体验,需要有关部门采取人性化的管理方法,多措并举,保障护士的身心健康。To understand the true inner experience of clinical front-line nurses during the anti-epidemic process of new coronavirus pneumonia,to provide theoretical basis for later psychological intervention,improvement of emergency plans and public health management.The objective sampling method was used to select 15 front-line clinical nurses from various province who participated in the fight against novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hubei to conduct in-depth interviews.And the data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis.The result showed that clinical experience of clinical nurses participating in the front line of epidemic prevention mainly extracted five themes:stress,anxiety,worry,fear and other psychological stress reactions;heavy workload;lack of protection knowledge and skills;strong sense of social responsibility and self-worth satisfaction;disrespect and understanding of patients;Although clinical nurses have positive experiences such as self-worth and satisfaction,they have more negative experiences such as anxiety,fear,high intensity of work.Relevant departments need to adopt humanized scientific management,and take multiple measures to protect the physical and mental health of nurses.
