摘　　要：目的:比较各省基本药物政策,为进一步完善我国基本药物制度提供借鉴。方法:检索各省卫生健康委员会官方网站,获取有关基本药物的政策。在此基础上,对各省基本药物政策进行对比分析,并提出完善的建议。结果:各省在公立医疗机构基本药物使用比例要求、落实国家基本药物全面配备、确保基本药物优先使用、做好基本药物供应管理4个方面有不同的政策。结论:各省应明确基本药物金额比的内涵为使用金额比,以配备品种比例和使用金额比例双线统计考核,中医医院的基本药物金额比应与西医综合医院保持一致,明确各类专科医院基本药物金额比下调的幅度,为公众合理用药提供更有力的保障。Objective: To compare the essential medicine policies of different provinces and provide references for further perfection of essential medicine policies in China. Methods: The official websites of provincial health commissions were searched to abtain policies on essential medicines. On this basis, a comparative analysis of essential medicine policies in various provinces was made, and suggestions for improvement were put forward. Results: The review highlighted that there were differences in four aspects: requirements to the proportion of essential medicines used in public medical institutions, the implementation of equipment of national essential medicines, attempts to ensure the prior use of essential medicines, and the management of essential medicines supply. Conclusion: It should be clarified that the connotation of the essential medicine amount ratio is the use amount ratio, and the double-line statistical assessment is supposed to be conducted according to the proportion of the equipped varieties and total cost. The ratio of essential medicine amount in traditional Chinese medicine hospital should be consistent with that in western medicine general hospitals, and the decline of the essential medicine amount in various specialized hospitals ought to be explicit. All of the above measures could guarantee the rational use of drugs by the public.
