新常态下区域旅游业创新能力评价研究——以山西省为例

摘　　要：文章在构建区域旅游业创新能力评价模型的基础上,综合运用层次分析法、离差系数法等定量评价了山西省旅游业创新能力,进而提出了提升旅游业创新能力的对策。结果显示:山西省旅游业创新能力整体呈现持续上升趋势,但仍有待大力提升;创新产出能力和创新发展环境也呈现波动上升趋势,且近年来二者已处于相对优势状态;创新投入能力和创新发展潜力呈现先波动上升再波动下降的变化趋势,且二者已处于相对劣势状态。On the basis of constructing the evaluation model of regional tourism innovation ability,this paper comprehensively evaluates the tourism innovation ability of Shanxi Province by using analytic hierarchy process and deviation coefficient method,and then puts forward some countermeasures to improve the tourism innovation ability.The results show that:The overall tourism innovation ability of Shanxi Province presents a continuous upward trend,but it still needs to be greatly improved;The innovation output capacity and the innovation development environment show a fluctuating upward trend,and in recent years they have been in a relative advantage state;The innovation input capacity and innovation development potential show a fluctuating trend of rising first and then falling,and both of them are in a relative disadvantage state.
