四川省城市化效率与经济发展水平的耦合关系

摘　　要：以四川省18个地级市为研究区域,构建城市化效率指数与经济发展水平指数,运用Super-SBM模型及耦合度模型,对2000—2016年四川省经济发展水平与城市化效率间的关系进行研究.结果表明:(1)受非期望产出因素的影响,四川省各地级市城市化效率指数都略有下滑,城市化效率有效地级市占比为61%.(2)四川省经济发展水平先后经历上升—波动下降变化过程,各地级市经济发展综合指数均有所提升,地区间经济综合指数差异性缩小、协调性增强.(3)四川省城市化效率与经济发展水平整体耦合指数呈现阶梯式层级递减的发展趋势,高度与较高度耦合城市空间分布集中性强,主要集中于以成都市为核心的横纵轴线上,内江、资阳城市仍存在低值高度耦合现象.通过对四川省城市化效率与经济发展的定量化研究,为城市经济发展战略的制定提供科学依据.Taking Sichuan Province as the research area,the urbanization efficiency index and economic development level index are both established,and by use of the Super-SBM model and coupling degree model,the relationship between Sichuan Province’s urbanization efficiency and economic development level from 2000 to 2016 are put under examination.The results show that:(1)Affected by undesired output factors,the urbanization efficiency index of all cities in Sichuan Province declined slightly,and the effective urbanization efficiency value of prefecture-level cities accounted for 61%.(2)The level of economic development in Sichuan has experienced the process of rise and fluctuating decline,while the comprehensive economic development index of each city is improving,and the difference of the comprehensive economic index between regions has been reduced and the coordination has increased.(3)The overall coupling index of urbanization efficiency and economic development level in Sichuan Province has shown a ladder declining trend,with the spatial distribution of the highly and superior coupled cities being highly-centralized,which is chiefly concentrated on the horizontal axis of Chengdu,and there still exists a low-value and high-coupling phenomenon among those cities such as Neijiang and Ziyang.The quantitative study of urbanization efficiency and economic development in Sichuan Province is trying to provide scientific basis for the formulation of urban economic development strategy.
