离心纯化法与静置纯化法对自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳术中乳房体积及隆起度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨离心纯化法与静置纯化法对自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳术中乳房体积及隆起度的影响。方法回顾性分析60例自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳术患者的临床资料,按脂肪提取方式的不同分为静置组和离心组,每组30例。静置组采用静置纯化法提取脂肪,离心组采用离心纯化法提取脂肪。比较两组患者乳房体积、乳房隆起度及脂肪存活率、术后满意度。结果术后6个月,两组患者左乳房、右乳房体积均高于本组手术前,且离心组高于静置组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组患者乳房隆起度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);离心组术后3、6个月乳房隆起度均高于静置组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);离心组术后6个月左乳房、右乳房脂肪存活率均高于静置组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。离心组总满意度为93.33%,高于静置组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论离心纯化法用于自体脂肪颗粒移植隆乳术中,可有效、安全的提纯脂肪,增加患者乳房体积,提高乳房隆起度及脂肪存活率,进而提高患者满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of centrifugal purification and static purification on breast volume and protrusion during augmentation mammaplasty with autologous fat granule transplantation.Methods A total of 60 cases of augmentation mammaplasty with autologous fat granule transplantation were divided into static group and centrifugal group according to different fat extraction methods,with 30 cases in each group.Static group received static purification to extract fat,and the centrifugal group received centrifugal purification to extract fat.The breast volume,protrustion,fat survival rate and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after operation,the left breast and right breast volume of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and centrifugal group was higher than static group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in breast protrusion between the two groups(P>0.05).3 and 6 months after operation,the breast protrusion of the centrifugal group was higher than those of static group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fat survival rate of left breast and right breast in centrifugal group was higher than that in static group 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of centrifugal group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%of static group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Centrifugal purification is an effective and safe method for fat purification in augmentation mammoplasty with autologous fat granule transplantation.It can increase breast volume,breast protrusion and fat survival rate,and then improve patients’satisfaction.
