摘 要:目的本文主要分析研究呼吸重症监护病房科室内医护人员进行电动吸痰操作之后其手部存在菌群检测的意义。方法60例呼吸重症监护病房内患者,对电动吸痰人员采集痰液之后的医护人员手部标本进行检测,比较痰液标本培养与手部细菌菌群构成以及培养符合率。结果本次实验患者60例,共采集痰液标本210例,医护人员的手部标本150例,其中痰液标本细菌中克雷白杆菌群的菌群构成比例最高为29.05%,其次则为铜绿假单胞菌,占比为26.19%,医护人员手部标本菌群符合数为98例,细菌符合率为65.33%。结论医护人员电动吸痰后手部菌群与培养菌群检测结果基本一致,需加强医护人员的手部卫生规范以及手卫生管理力度,进而预防医护人员发生呼吸道疾病。Objective To analyze and study the significance of hand bacteria detection of medical staff in respiratory intensive care unit after electric sputum suction.Methods The hand samples of medical staff after the electric sputum suction for 60 patients in the respiratory intensive care unit were collected and tested.The sputum specimen culture,hand bacterial flora composition and culture coincidence rate were compared.Results Among 60 patients,210 sputum samples and 150 hand samples were collected.The proportion of Klebsiella group in sputum samples was the highest,accounting for 29.05%,followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,accounting for 26.19%.The coincidence number of bacteria in the hand specimens of medical staff was 98 cases,and the coincidence rate of bacteria was 65.33%.Conclusion The test results of the hand flora and the cultured flora of medical staff after electric sputum suction are basically the same.It is necessary to strengthen the hand hygiene standards and hand hygiene management of medical staff to prevent medical staff from developing respiratory diseases.
