吸脂联合低能量双极射频Facetite在面颈部年轻化中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察吸脂联合低能量双极射频Facetite在面颈部年轻化中的临床效果、术后满意度及并发症。方法自2012年4月至2020年1月,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院整形十八科对246例面颈部老化患者进行治疗。首先采用肿胀麻醉技术对术区进行适度吸脂,然后采用Facetite射频设备进行低能量射频紧肤治疗。术后6个月调查患者满意度,并由未参与治疗的整形外科医师对术后效果进行评估。结果术后6个月,随访患者的满意度为88.1%,由未参与治疗的整形外科医师评估的满意度为91.3%,无严重并发症发生。结论吸脂联合低能量双极射频Facetite是面颈部老化安全、有效的微创治疗方式,并以较低的手术风险获得良好的面颈部年轻化效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy, postoperative satisfaction and complications of liposuction combined with low-energy bipolar radio frequency(RF) Facetite in the treatment of face and neck rejuvenation. Methods From April 2012 to January2020, a total of 246 patients with face and neck aging were enrolled. The tumescent anesthesia technique was performed. The liposuction was conducted in the operation area and then the low-energy bipolar RF Facetite was performed for skin tightening. Patients’ satisfaction was investigated at 6 months after operation. The postoperative efficacy was evaluated by two independent plastic surgeons who did not participate in the treatment. Results At 6 months after operation, 88.1% patients were satisfied with the results during the follow-up and91.3% independent plastic surgeons who did not participate in the treatment were satisfied with the results. There were no serious complications requiring further surgical intervention. Conclusion Liposuction combined with low-energy bipolar RF Facetite is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for face and neck rejuvenation, which can achieve significant facial contour improvement with lowsurgical risk.
