调脾和中颗粒联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗小儿厌食症20例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟调脾和中颗粒联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果,及其对患儿体质量及中医证候积分的影响。方法选择2018年8月至2019年7月山西省中医院收治的小儿厌食症患儿60例,将其随机平均分为3组,即西药组、中药组与治疗组,各20例。西药组单纯采用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗,中药组单纯采用调脾和中颗粒治疗,治疗组采用调脾和中颗粒联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗。观察3组患儿临床疗效情况,及其治疗前后体质量及中医证候积分变化情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后3组患者中医证候积分均明显降低,体质量稍有上升。治疗后,治疗组患儿总有效率高于2组,中药组相对来说比西药组的疗效更为显著,3组对于治疗小儿厌食均有着不同的疗效(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为95%(19/20),中药组为80%(16/20),西药组为40%(8/20),3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调脾和中颗粒联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗小儿厌食症临床效果显著,可显著降低患儿的中医证候积分,稳步增长体质量,值得应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made spleen and Zhongzhong granule combined with bacillus coagulans viable tablet in the treatment of anorexia in children and its effect on the body weight and syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods From August 2018 to July 2019,60 children with anorexia were randomly divided into three groups:western medicine group(n=20),traditional Chinese medicine group(n=20)and tre-atment group(n=20).The western medicine group was treated with bacillus coagulans viable tablet alone,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Tiaopi he Zhong granule only,and the treatment group was treated with Tiaopi he Zhong granule combined with bacillus coagulans viable tablet.To observe the clinical curative effect of the three groups of children,and the changes of body weight and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups were significantly decreased and the body weight was slightly increased.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the two groups,the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was more significant than that of the western medicine group,and the three groups had different therapeutic effects on anorexia in children(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 95%(19≤20),that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 80%(16≤20),and that of the western medicine group was 40%(8≤20).The significance of planning and learning(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaopi he Zhong granule combined with bacillus coagulans viable tablet is effective in the treatment of anorexia in children,which can significantly reduce the score of TCM syndromes and steadily increase body weight,which is worthy of application.
