摘 要:阐述了CO2的生理过程及呼气末CO2分压[pET(CO2)]监测的临床应用现状,简要介绍了CO2体积分数测量原理和CO2的采样方法,详细介绍了pET(CO2)监测相关医疗设备在检测精度提高、多功能化、小型化及适配组件方面的研究进展。分析了现有技术及设备存在的不足,指出了未来pET(CO2)监测相关设备的研发应当结合材料科学、电子科学、物联网、智能化等重点或热点技术领域,从而进一步提高检测精度和易用性。The physiological process of CO2 and the clinical application of monitoring the end-tidal CO2 partial pressure were described.The principles of CO2 volume fraction measurement and CO2 sampling methods were introduced briefly,and the research progresses of medical devices related to pET(CO2)monitoring were expounded in improved detection accuracy,multi-functionality,miniaturization and adaptable components.The shortcomings of the existing technologies and devices were analyzed,and it's suggested the future pET(CO2)monitoring-related devices should be enhanced in accuracy and ease of use by combining key or hot technology areas such as material science,electronic science,Internet of Things and intellectualization.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):60-65]
