摘　　要：以BD CantoⅡ流式细胞仪为例,介绍了检测正常人外周血na?觙ve细胞和静息态T细胞的标准方法,重点演示了仪器校准、电压调节、补偿调节等实验模板的建立流程;以BD Influx流式细胞仪为例,介绍了流式细胞仪的结构与功能特点以及平台多色流式细胞术技术培训中的相关内容;列举了BD Influx流式细胞仪的常见故障、引起故障的原因及排除方法,探讨了流式细胞仪日常维护和专项技术培训一体化管理模式,旨在为相关仪器管理者和使用者以及科研院所提升流式细胞仪管理和服务水平提供借鉴。Using BD CantoⅡflow cytometer as an example,the standard method for detecting native cells and resting T cells in normal human peripheral blood was introduced,and the process of establishing experimental templates such as instrument calibration,voltage adjustment and compensation adjustment was demonstrated;taking BD Influx flow cytometer as an example,the structure and functional features of the flow cytometer were described along with the technical training for the platform multi-colour flow cytometry.The common faults of BD Influx flow cytometers,their causes and treatment methods were listed,and the integrated management mode of routine maintenance and special technical training of the flow cytometers were discussed,aiming to provide references for relevant instrument managers and users as well as research institutes to improve the management and service of the flow cytometer.
