摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型肠脱出固定保护装置,以减少腹外伤肠脱出后的二次损伤,提高预后效果。方法:该装置包括碗状主体和固定带2个部分,固定带对称安装于碗状主体上,两侧缝合有用于连接固定的魔术贴或衔接扣。碗状主体由中间端的基部、基部上下端的第一折叠部和第二折叠部、碗底的十字开关及碗底内部的储液盒组成。所用材料为透明医用橡胶或硅胶一体成型。结果:该装置能够持续为脱出肠组织提供保护空间及湿润环境,减轻了肠壁损伤,提高了保护效果。结论:新型肠脱出固定保护装置具有携带方便、操作简单等特点,为腹外伤肠脱出伤员的快速救治提供了有力保障,值得在急救现场推广应用。Objective To develop a novel fixing protection device to reduce secondary injuries following abdominal traumatic bowel prolapse,so as to enhance the prognosis.Methods The device consisted of a bowl-shaped body and two fixing straps.The fixation straps were mounted symmetrically on the bowl-shaped body with Velcro or articulated buckles sewn on both sides for connection and fixing.The bowl-shaped body was composed of a base at the middle,a first folded part and a second folded part respectively at the top and bottom of the base,a cross switch at the bottom and a reservoir inside the bottom.The device was made of transparent medical rubber or integrated silicone gel.Results The device provided a continuous protective space and moist environment for the prolapsed intestinal tissue,reducing damage to the intestinal wall and improving the protective effect.Conclusion The device gains advantages in portability and easy operation and facilitates rapid treatment of abdominal traumatic bowel prolapse,and thus is worthy promoting for field first-aid.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):99-101]
