摘  要:农药是有效防控农业有害生物的重要手段。然而,农药过量使用不仅造成资源浪费,也带来环境污染等问题,亟需研究解决。从剂量传递过程来讲,农药制剂、药液和雾化分散体系是农药剂量传递的3个串联过程。对于选定的有效成分,其剂型选择和制剂加工处于剂量传递的源头,设计和研发水平决定了剂量传递的效率。通过分析农药对靶剂量传递过程行为及流失规律,提出基于农药应用场景重在体现多因素协同的剂型设计理念,基于剂量传递过程重在体现配方组分应用性能的制剂研发策略。希望为农药企业提高制剂技术水平提供借鉴,为我国减施增效战略实施提供依据。Pesticide spraying is an efficient technology to control the damage of agricultural pests.However,the overuse of pesticides not only causes waste of resources,but also brings environmental pollution and other problems,which need to be studied and solved urgently.In terms of the dose transfer process,pesticide preparations,diluted solutions and atomization dispersion systems are three serial processes of pesticide dose transfer.For the selected active ingredients,it is the first thing to determine the formulation types and the efficiency of dose transfer is determined by the selection of formulations.In this paper,based on the analysis of the behavior and loss law of pesticide dose transfer to targets,it is clarified that the pesticide formulations should be determined by the multi-factor synergy of the application scenario,and the pesticide preparations should be focused on the application properties of the additives compositions used in the formulation.The purpose of this article is to provide reference for pesticide enterprises to improve the technical level of preparation,and provide a basis for the implementation of national strategy of efficiency improvement with less application of pesticide in China.
