摘 要:近年来,我国电子竞技产业发展迅速,在带来高额经济收益的同时,也提供了大量的就业岗位。但由于电竞产业发源于游戏产业,其存在和发展的合法性一直以来都颇具争议,早期相关政策的颁布也没能获得大众的认同。通过分析2016年以来电竞相关新闻,研究发现政府和媒体在电竞产业合法化过程中承担着不同的功能,电竞产业的合理性在一定程度上成为其合法化的阻碍,但其仍是合法化的必要条件。同时,电竞产业的“原生”问题仍需警惕。In recent years,China's e-sports industry has developed rapidly which has provided numerous profits and a large number of jobs.However,the legitimacy of its existence and development is quite controversial and the promulgation of relevant policies in the early stage has faced cultural resistance from the public since e-sports is originated from the game industry.By analyzing e-sports news since 2016,this article suggests that the government and media play different roles in the legitimization of e-sports industry.This study finds that the rationality of e-sports industry to some extent impedes its legalization process but is still a requisite.Meanwhile,the“original”problem of this industry needs to be concerned.
