摘 要:通过实验室研究,主要研究了不同罩式退火温度对铁素体轧制、奥氏体轧制的热轧基料显微组织及力学性能的影响,试验采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子拉伸试验机对退火后的样板的形貌、力学性能进行了研究分析,结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,铁素体轧制基料与奥氏体轧制基料晶粒大小都有所减小,二者分别在650、710℃时晶粒达到最小。而且,在相同的退火温度下,铁素体轧制基料与奥氏体轧制基料的相比,晶间析出物分布更分散均匀,屈服强度低7~15 MPa,抗拉强度低13 MPa,延伸率高1.5%~5%,r值低0.6。这为企业在生产不同CSP基料时SPCC产品提供一些参考。In this paper,the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hotrolled base materials for ferrite rolling and austenite rolling was studied through laboratory research.The morphology and mechanical properties of annealed samples were studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and electronic tensile tester.The results show that With the increase of annealing temperature,the grain size of ferrite rolling base material and austenite rolling base material both decrease,and the grain size reaches the minimum at 650℃and 710℃respectively.In addition,at the same annealing temperature,compared with austenitic rolling base material,Ferrite rolling base material has the following characteristics:the distribution of precipitates between grains is more uniform,the yield strength is 7-15 MPa lower,the tensile strength is 13 MPa lower,the elongation is 1.5%-5%higher and the R value is 0.6 lower.It provides some references for enterprises to produce SPCC products with different CSP base materials.
