摘  要:研究了D6AC钢在生产过程中出现的各种表面裂纹的特点,在此基础上提出了一系列有针对性的质量改进方案。研究得出,通过一系列措施的实施(保证电渣锭的内部和表面质量、采用合适的高温回火工艺对电渣锭进行退火、降低加热升温速率以及轧制过程中降低冷却强度),产品表面质量得到了显著的改善。Various surface crake characteristics during the production of D6AC steel have been researched in this paper,and a series of purposeful quality improvements have been proposed on the basis of the study.It is concluded that,through a series of measures implement(ensure the internal and surface quality of electroslag ingot,adopt suitable high temperature tempering process for annealing the electroslag ingot,reducing the heating rate of the ingot and cooling strength during rolling process),the surface quality of D6AC steel bar has been improved significantly.
