摘　　要：结合工程设计中炼钢车间铁水预处理、转炉、精炼以及连铸生产线甘特图的绘制,介绍了甘特图的绘制方法与规则。通过绘制某炼钢厂三条生产线Gantt图,对该厂炼钢各工序的作业时间以及工序匹配关系进行了比较和分析,指出三条生产线的问题以及解决方法。This paper introduces the methods and rules of the Gantt chartdrawing combining with practical engineering example of the domestic steel-making plant(containing the process of pretreatment/BOF/secondary refining and the continuous casting).By analyzingthe operation time and the matching relationship of each process by drawing of the Ganttchart of the three production line,this paper finds problems of these three production line and gives advices to them.
