摘 要:主要叙述了富锰渣冶炼的冶金原理和矿热炉冶炼富锰渣的工艺及其工厂设计。富锰渣冶炼的冶金原理主要是在“控碳控温控碱度”情况下让炉内发生“有选择”地还原反应。富锰渣冶炼工艺涉及原料储存、取料、称量配料、运输、加入、矿热炉冶炼、出铁出渣、渣铁分离、吊运、冷却、破碎、成品包装等诸多环节。工厂设计涉及到主体工艺设施的工艺参数、车间布置等。This paper mainly describes the metallurgical principle of manganese-rich slag smelting and plant design of smelting manganese-rich slag by submerged arc furnace.The metallurgical principle of manganeserich slag smeltingis to produce selective reduction reaction in the furnace under the condition of controlling carbon,temperature and alkalinity.The smelting Process of manganese-rich involves many links such as raw material storage,reclaimation,weighing,batching,transportation,addition,smelting insubmerged arc furnace,tapping,cooling,crushing,finished product packaging and so on.Factory design involves the main process facilities of the process parameters,workshoplayout,ect.
