基于数据挖掘的夏桂成治疗不孕症经后期用药配伍特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨夏桂成教授治疗不孕症经后期的用药规律。方法按夏桂成"调周法"治疗原则,挑选出其2016年9月至2017年9月在江苏省中医院开具的经后期中药处方1958张,利用该院自主研发的中药处方分析系统分析用药情况,得出基础方剂,并分析其用药基本原则、常见药对及炮制品选择。结果夏桂成治疗不孕症经后期主要是在茯苓、酒萸肉、莲子心3味药的基础上随证加减,并配以续断、白芍等药材。结论夏桂成经后期基础方用药印证了"心(脑)-肾-子宫"生理生殖轴的治疗理念,为研究"调周法"奠定了一定基础。Objective To investigate the medication rule of Professor Xia Guicheng in the treatment of infertility in the late menstrual period.Methods According to Xia Guicheng’s treatment principle of″period adjustment methods″,1958 prescriptions on late menstrual period of Chinese herbal medicine prescribed by him in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected.The prescription analysis system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)independently developed by the hospital was used to analyze medication situation to obtain the basic prescriptions and to analyze the basic principles of medication,common drug pairs and the selections of processed products.Results Xia Guicheng’s prescriptions in the treatment of infertility in the late menstrual period is mainly based on Poria cocos,Fructus Cornus officinalis and Plumula Nelumbinis.The dosage was adjusted according to the symptoms and was often combined with drugs such as Radix Dipsaci and Paeonia lactiflora.Conclusion The use of Xia Guicheng’s late menstrual period basic formula illustrates the concept of″heart(brain)-kidney-uterus″physiological axis and lays the foundation for the study of″period adjustment methods″.
