摘 要:活性染料染色加工时,常以Na2CO3作为固色碱剂,存在Na2CO3用量大、成本高等问题。为了降低染色成本,以组合碱剂XGA和Na2CO3作为碱剂取代Na2CO3,探讨其对活性染料上染速率、匀染性、色差及色牢度的影响。结果表明:XGA与Na2CO3组合使用可以显著降低Na2CO3的用量,染料的上染速率和色牢度与Na2CO3固色基本一致,色差更小,匀染性良好。Na2CO3 was often used as alkali fixing agent in reactive dyeing,which had the problems of high dosage and high cost.In order to reduce the cost of dyeing,the combined alkali XGA and Na2CO3 was used as the alkali agent to replace Na2CO3.The effects of combined alkali on the dyeing rate,uniformity,color difference and color fastness of reactive dyes were evaluated.The results showed that the combination of XGA and Na2CO3 could significantly reduce the use of Na2CO3.The dyeing rate and color fastness were nearly the same as those of Na2CO3 fixation,with smaller color difference and good levelness.
