摘 要:无醛树脂整理剂WSD与其他含甲醛树脂混合使用,不但能降低织物上的甲醛质量分数,满足标准要求,还能够降低生产成本。探索无醛树脂整理剂WSD在防皱整理中的应用效果,及其分别和含甲醛树脂整理剂NDD、NFD混合使用时的理想用量。结果表明,WSD整理的最优工艺为:WSD 130 g/L、时间2 min、温度150℃;WSD、NFD混合使用时的最佳用量为60、60 g/L,WSD、NDD混合使用时的最佳用量为40、110 g/L。It was not only reduce the formaldehyde content of the fabric to meet the standard and also reduce the cost to do anti-crease finishing by mixing the aldehyde-free resin finishing agent WSD with other formaldehyde-containing resins.The application effect of aldehyde-free resin finishing agent WSD in anti-crease finishing and the ideal dosage when it was mixed with formaldehyde-containing resin finishing agent NDD and NFD were studied.The research showed that the optimal process of WSD was as follows:WSD 130 g/L,2 min,150℃.When WSD and NFD were mixed,the best dosage was 60 g/L and 60 g/L,and When WSD and NDD were mixed,the best dosage was 40 g/L and 110 g/L.
