摘  要:织物摩擦声音主观评价方法的主观性很强,而客观评价方法尚未建立。利用“MATLAB”软件收集与处理织物摩擦声音信号,得到摩擦声音信号的时域图和频谱图,同时还利用KES织物风格仪测量不同组织织物经向、纬向的平均摩擦系数(MIU)、摩擦系数的平均差不匀率(MMD)及表面粗糙度(SMD)。结果表明:频谱图和时域图可以很好地用来反映织物摩擦过程中声音信号的振动情况;在频谱图中,主振动峰所占面积越大,具有的能量就越高,织物摩擦声就越大;在时域图中,波形稳定且振幅值小的织物摩擦声小,波形波动剧烈且振幅大的织物摩擦声大;织物经向的SMD值都大于纬向,随着织物浮长线和交织次数的增加,织物声音也逐渐变大。The subjectivity of subjective evaluation method for fabric friction sound is very strong,but the objective evaluation method has not been clearly established."MATLAB"software was used to collect and process fabric friction sound signals,and the time domain and frequency spectrum of friction sound signals were obtained.At the same time,the mean friction coefficient(MIU),mean difference unevenness(MMD)and surface roughness(SMD)of fabrics with different weave were measured by KES fabric style meter.The results showed that frequency spectrum and time domain could be used to reflect the vibration of sound signal in the process of fabric friction.In the frequency spectrum,the larger the area of the main vibration peak,the higher the energy and the greater the friction sound.In the time-domain diagram,the fabrics with stable waveforms and small amplitude values had smaller friction sound,while the fabrics with violent wave fluctuations and large amplitudes had relatively loud friction sound.The SMD values of the fabric in warp direction were larger than that in weft direction.With the increase of float line and weaving times,the sound of the fabric gradually became louder.
