个性化护理对舌癌患者术后口腔清洁度及恢复程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理对舌癌患者术后口腔清洁度及恢复程度的影响。方法:将2017年12月1日~2019年12月31日收治的60例舌癌切除及游离股外侧皮瓣行舌再造术患者随机分为对照组和研究组各30例;对照组术后采用常规护理,研究组术后实施个性化护理;比较两组患者术后口腔清洁度优良率、肌皮瓣成活率、吞咽功能、住院时间及护理满意度。结果:研究组术后口腔清洁度优良率、肌皮瓣成活率均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周研究组患者吞咽功能恢复率、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理有助于提高舌癌患者术后口腔清洁度和肌皮瓣成活率,改善术后患者吞咽功能,提高患者舒适度和满意度,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on postoperative oral cleanliness and recovery degree of tongue cancer patients.Methods:From December 1,2017 to December 31,2019,60 cases of patients with tongue cancer resection and tongue reconstruction by free lateral femoral flap were randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases each.Routine nursing was used in the control group,while personalized nursing was used in the study group.Postoperative excellent rate of oral cleanliness,survival rate of musculocutaneous flap,swallowing function,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of oral cleanliness and the survival rate of musculocutaneous flap were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after the operation,the swallowing function recovery rate and nursing satisfaction score were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing can improve postoperative oral cleanliness and survival rate of myocutrocutaneous flap,enhance postoperative swallowing function,promote patient comfort and satisfaction,and shorten hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical application.
