摘 要:以船厂管子混合流水车间(Hybrid flow shop,HFS)为研究对象设计一种新控制系统。新系统按工序纵向设置定量在制品法(Constant Work-In-Process,CONWIP)环路,在此基础上通过给每道工序设置订单池与工位负荷平衡表以实现对工位负荷平衡的控制。为验证新系统的可行性,参考某船厂管子HFS的生产流程,在仿真软件Plant Simulation中建立混合流水模型。通过对不同控制系统的仿真结果对比分析,发现新系统不仅可降低产品平均生产周期,而且可保持各工位的负荷平衡。这一结果改变传统看板管理(Kanban)、CONWIP等控制系统难以解决各工位负荷平衡的局面,同时为HFS控制系统的研究提供新思路。A new control system is designed taking the pipe Hybrid Flow Shop(HFS)of shipyard as the research object.In the new system,the Constant Work-In-Process(CONWIP)loop is set longitudinally according to the procedure,and on this basis,the control of station load balance is realized by setting the Order Pool and Station Load Balance Table for each procedure.In order to verify the feasibility of new system,the hybrid flow model is established in the Plant Simulation software by referring to the production flow in the pipe HFS of a certain shipyard.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of different control systems,it is found that the new system can not only reduce the average production cycle of products,but also keep the load balance of each station.The result changes the situation that the traditional control systems such as Kanban,CONWIP,etc.are difficult to solve the load balance of each station;besides,it provides a new train of thought for the research of HFS control system.
