摘  要:高纯石英砂是一种国家战略性产品,在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。当前制备高纯石英砂主要工作就是剔除其杂质。石英砂中大量的杂质都属于结构组成性杂质。所以剔除结构组成性杂质是提升高纯石英砂纯度最重要的工艺。结构组成性杂质又包含流体包裹体和杂质离子两种形式。该文章阐述了我国当前石英砂行业发展的状况和剔除石英砂中结构组成性杂质的技术现状,并提出了我国高纯石英砂产业发展的问题和建议。High-purity quartz sand is a national strategic product and occupies a very important position in the national economy.At present,the main work of preparing high-purity quartz sand is to remove its impurities.A large number of impurities in quartz sand are structural and constituent impurities.Therefore,removing structural and constituent impurities is the most important process to improve the purity of high-purity quartz sand.Structural impurities include fluid inclusions and impurity ions.The current development status of my country s quartz sand industry and the technology status of removing structural and constituent impurities in quartz sand were described,and the problems and suggestions for the development of my country s high-purity quartz sand industry were put forward.
