摘  要:γ-Al_(2)O_(3)是目前应用最为广泛,扩大比表面积效果较好的一种涂层材料,而在一些高温反应体系中催化剂床层温度常常高于1000℃,导致催化活性下降甚至失活。因此,提高其高温抗烧结和抗相变性能具有重要的理论和实际意义。本文研究了不同拟薄水铝石对氧化铝及改性氧化铝比表面积和D90的影响,试验结果表明引入氧化镧会对氧化铝的比表面积、粒度产生一定的影响,能够稳定γ-Al_(2)O_(3)晶体结构,使活化涂层在高温下保持稳定,抑制活性损失。γ-Al_(2)O_(3) is the most widely used coating material with good effect of expanding specific surface area at present.In some high temperature reaction systems,the temperature of catalyst bed is often higher than 1000℃,which leads to the decrease of catalytic activity and even deactivation.So improving the nature of resistance to sintering and the properties of phase transition in the high temperature is important and significant.The effects of different pseudo boehmite on the surface area and D90 of alumina and modified alumina were studied.The experimental results showed that the introduction of La_(2)O_(3) could affect the specific surface area and particle size of Al_(2)O_(3).The addition of La_(2)O_(3) can stabilize the γ-Al_(2)O_(3) crystal structure stabilizing the activated coating at high temperature.
