摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法测定地克珠利纳米乳中地克珠利含量的方法并对其稳定性进行研究,采用Waters Xbridge C 18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈:水:磷酸:冰乙酸(54:46:0.15:0.15,V/V)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm,进样量20μL,柱温25℃。结果显示:地克珠利纳米乳在该色谱条件下,系统适用性良好,在2.02~40.48μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好。地克珠利纳米乳在温度为40℃、相对湿度(RH)为75%的条件下稳定。In order to establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of diclazuril in diclazuril nano-emulsion and study its stability,Waters Xbridge C 18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used,using acetonitrile:water:phosphate:acetic acid(54:46:0.15,V/V)as mobile phase,flow rate of 1 mL/min,detection wavelength of 280 nm,injection volume of 20μL,column temperature of 25℃.The stability of diclazuril nano-emulsion was investigated by response factor test and accelerated test.The results showed that the system had good applicability under this chromatographic condition,and the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 2.02~40.48μg/mL.Diclazuril nano-emulsion was stable at 40℃and 75%relative humidity(RH).
