摘  要:采用王水水浴消解-原子荧光法测定生活垃圾样品中的砷,探讨了不同消解时间对生活垃圾样品中砷测定的影响。在选定的实验条件下,荧光强度与砷浓度呈现较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995;对两个生活垃圾样品进行6次平行测定,所得相对标准偏差分别为3.09%、3.63%;样品的加标回收率分别为90.8%~103.4%、96.2%~108.2%;砷的方法检出限为0.008μg/g。该实验方法操作简便、成本低、易于推广。The determination of arsenic in domestic waste samples by aqua regia in water bath digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was analyzed,the effect of different digestion time on the determination of arsenic in domestic waste samples was discussed.Under the selected experimental conditions,there was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and arsenic concentration with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The relative standard deviations of two domestic waste samples were 3.09%and 1.96%respectively by continuous measurement of 6 times,their recovery rate were 90.8%~103.4%and 96.2%~108.2%respectively,and the detection limit of the method was 0.008μg/g for arsenic.The experimental method was simple in operation,low cost and easy to promote.
