摘  要:酚类化合物为高毒物质,侵入水体会造成水体污染。本文利用AA3连续流动分析仪,通过在线蒸馏(135℃)释放出酚类化合物,在弱碱性条件下酚类化合物与4-氨基安替吡啉反应生成橙红色化合物,利用分光光度法的原理进行测量。分析测定过程中主要引入了标准溶液制备及稀释、标准曲线系列各浓度点、标准曲线拟合和测量的重复性等不确定度分量,经评定得出挥发酚测定值的合成标准不确定度u c=0.00408 mg/L,扩展不确定度Uc=0.00816 mg/L。Phenolic compounds are highly toxic substances,water pollution will be caused by water intrusion.The phenolic compounds were released by on-line distillation(135℃)with AA3 continuous flow analyzer,and then reacted with 4-aminoantipyrine to form orange-red compounds under weak base condition,using the principle of spectrophotometer.The uncertainty components such as preparation and dilution of standard solution,concentration points of standard curve series,fitting of standard curve and repeatability of measurement were introduced in the analysis and determination process.The synthetic standard uncertainty u c was 0.00408 mg/L and the expanded uncertainty U C was 0.00816 mg/l.
