摘  要:为了解决沿江高速铁路引入合肥铁路枢纽后调度划分不满足临时限速规范要求的问题,首先介绍了沿江高速铁路建设的必要性,分析了将其引入合肥铁路枢纽前后的调度划分及临时限速管辖情况。针对新设行调台管辖沿江主通道的调度划分方案Ⅰ造成临时限速服务器接口能力不满足规范的情况,定量计算TSRS命令的覆盖范围,提出合肥铁路枢纽内调度划分方案Ⅱ及调度台整合方案Ⅲ。该2种方案均能够解决方案Ⅰ中临时限速服务器接口能力不满足规范的问题。经方案比选,提出运输调度、行车效率、枢纽内通过能力等最有利的调度划分方案,同时解决了由于调度划分引起临时限速服务器接口容量不满足规范的问题。There is a problem that the dispatching division does not meet the requirements of the temporary speed restriction specification after the high-speed railway along the Yangtze River is connected with the Hefei railway hub.This paper first introduces the necessity of the construction of the high-speed railway along the Yangtze River,and then analyzes the dispatching division and the jurisdiction of the temporary speed restriction before and after it is connected with the Hefei railway hub.As the dispatching division scheme I of the main channel along the river under the jurisdiction of the new dispatching station can cause the interface capacity of the temporary speed restriction server not to meet the specification,this paper quantitatively calculates the coverage of TSRS command,and puts forward the dispatching division scheme II and dispatching integration scheme III in Hefei railway hub.Through the comparison and selection of the schemes,this paper puts forward the most favorable scheme of dispatching division,such as transportation dispatching,driving efficiency,carrying capacity in the hub,and also solves the problem that the interface capacity of temporary speed limit server does not meet the specification caused by dispatching division.
