摘  要:目的了解和掌握上海交通大学医学院引进人才所获得的各项支持内容以及力度,并分析其所获得支持的影响因素。方法自行设计关于引进人才的需求及满意度评价研究的调查问卷。采用随机抽样的方法,对上海交通大学医学院106名引进人才发放调查问卷,对获得支持得分做单因素方差分析,再对获得支持的影响因素做logistic回归分析。结果被调查者的岗位类别人数最多的是科研岗位,占49.1%;拥有海外经历的被调查者在获得支持上的平均得分高于无海外经历者(P<0.05);在获得户籍/居住证的支持,影响因素是被调查者的学历(P<0.05)。而在获得申报高级职称的支持,影响因素是被调查者的职称高低(P<0.01)。在申请研究生导师资格方面,影响因素则是海外留学经历和职称高低,两者P<0.05。最后在团队建设上,影响因素为年收入水平(P<0.01)。结论打造多元引进、统筹兼顾、公正评价、待遇保障“四位一体”的人才引进体系。Objective To collect and understand the contents and strength of the supports obtained after the talent introduced in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,and to analyze the influencing factors of these supports.Methods The self-designed questionnaire of the talent introduction was delivered to 106 intro⁃duced talents from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine by method of random sampling.One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the support score,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The number of respondents on scientific research posts was the greatest,accounting for 49.1%;respond⁃ents with overseas experience scored higher on average in obtaining support than those without overseas experience(P<0.05).To the respondents,the influencing factor on the support of registered residence/residence permit was the educational background(P<0.05);the influencing factor on the support of applying for senior professional title was the level of professional title(P<0.01);the influencing factors in the aspect of applying for postgraduate tutor qualification were overseas study experience(P<0.05)and professional title(P<0.05);the influencing factor of the support of team building was the annual income(P<0.01).Conclusion We should build a“four in one”talent in⁃troduction system which includes multiple introduction,overall consideration,fair evaluation and welfare guarantee.
