基　　金：北京市委市政府重点工作及区县政府应急项目启动:模拟医院各种疾病动物模型及手术培训技术的建立(Z111107056811048)。

摘　　要：目的通过模拟实验室系统的、专业的培训,在动物身上模拟手术提升手术技能,探讨模拟实验室建设经验以及效果。方法四级培训:理论授课、模拟箱训练、动物模拟手术、人体手术演示,二级培训在小型活体猪身上模拟临床手术,通过封闭9天的培训,分析培训实施效果。结果经相应培训后,医院年轻医师临床技能迅速提高,新技术开展速度加快,为全国各地培养大量医学人才,成为京津冀人才培养专项。模拟实验室培训速度快,为多地提供技术支援开展大量科研工作。结论模拟实验室为医学人才培养提供一个良好基地,有助于医学人才综合素质、技能提高,能够为全国提供更多优秀医学人才。Objective To explore the construction experience and effect of simulation laboratory by analy⁃zing the achievements of full-time staff team training in simulation laboratory hospital.Methods The clinical skills training center,which mainly consisted of miniature pigs,rats,rabbits and other living animals,was trained as a simulated hospital for 9 days,and the effect of training was analyzed.Results After the corresponding training,the clinical skills of young doctors in hospitals have been improved rapidly,new technologies have been developed rap⁃idly,a large number of medical talents have been trained cross the country,and they have become the special training program for talents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The training of simulation laboratory hospitals was fast,which has become the technical support of many places for scientific research.Conclusion The simulation labora⁃tory hospital can provide a good base for medical personnel training,help to improve the comprehensive quality and skills of medical personnel,and provide more excellent medical personnel for all the country.
