摘　　要：随着国家医药卫生体制改革的深入,医疗水平不断提升,基层乡镇卫生院检验科也得到快速发展,逐步向自动化、智能化检验的方向过渡。但由于受到人、财、物等多方面因素的制约,基层检验科的服务能力一直得不到提升,甚至出现弱化。将围绕“紧密型县域医共体”建设,对如何提高基层检验科的检验质量进行进一步探讨。With the deepening reform of national medical and health system and continuous improvement of medical standards,the clinical laboratories of grass-roots township health centers have also developed rapidly,gradually transitioning to the direction of automated and intelligent inspection.However,due to the constraints of many factors such as people,finance,and materials,the service capability and technical level of the grass-root la⁃boratories have not been improved,even weakened.This article will further discuss how to improve the inspection quality of the grass-root laboratories by focusing on the“Close County Medical Community”.
