摘　　要：目的探索强健促进模式任务统筹和流程管理在空勤疗养中的构建及效应。方法运用现代管理理论,围绕空勤疗养强健促进的目标,对空勤疗养体检、训练、鉴定、职业病防治等核心任务进行合理统筹和流程设计管理,不断总结优化,从疾病的检出率、参训率、矫治有效率、鉴定准确率、服务满意率等方面评价其效应。结果在空勤疗养中运用强健促进模式任务统筹和流程管理,提高疾病检出率25.2%、参训率20.1%、矫治有效率23.3%、鉴定准确率25.4%、服务满意率9.1%。结论空勤疗养强健促进模式任务统筹和流程管理能提升疗养效果,是保护和提升空勤人员战斗力的有效管理模式。Objective To explore the construction and effect assessment of task coordination and process management of the health promotion model in air crew rehabilitation.Methods Focused on the ultimate goal of health promotion of air crew rehabilitation,the modern management theory was used to reasonablely coordinate and manage of the core tasks such as physical examination,training,identification,occupational diseases prevention and therapy,etc.,and the effects were evaluated by detection rate of diseases,participation rate of training,treat⁃ment efficient rate of diseases,accurate rate of identification,service satisfaction rate,etc.Results There were improvements in the detection rate of diseases(25.2%),the participation rate of training(20.1%),the treatment efficient rate of diseases(23.3%),the accurate rate of identification(25.4%)and the service satisfaction rate(9.1%)after the implementation of task coordination and process management of the health promotion model in air crew rehabilitation.Conclusion It is an effective management mode to protect and enhance the combat effective⁃ness of air crew through task coordination and process management of the health promotion model in air crew reha⁃bilitation.
