摘 要:旨在总结和探讨梅奥诊所始终秉承的核心价值观:患者至上的理念,团队合作的模式,共同分享的精神,分析其对我国医院管理和卫生健康事业发展的启示与借鉴作用。通过落实分级诊疗,着力提升基层医疗服务能力;尊重劳动价值,着力推进薪酬制度改革;实现高效合作,着力开展多学科协作诊疗;探索捐赠制度,着力发挥捐赠资金作用;借助互联网+,着力强化医院精细化管理等对策,不断健全我国现代医院管理制度,持续提升我国医疗服务质量和医院运营管理水平。The purpose of this paper is to summarize and discuss the core values that Mayo Clinic has al⁃ways been adhering to:the concept of patient first,the mode of teamwork,the spirit of sharing,and analyze its en⁃lightenment and reference to the development of hospital management and health course in China.In order to con⁃stantly improve China's modern hospital management system,and continuously improve China's medical service and hospital operation and management level,this paper has brought up countermeasures as follows:improve the ability of grassroots medical services through the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment;accelerate the re⁃form of salary system while respecting the value of labor;achieve efficient cooperation and focus on multidisciplinar⁃y collaborative diagnosis and treatment;explore donation system to give play to the role of donated funds;focus on strengthening the hospital fine management with the help of Internet+.
