摘　　要：本文对我国矿业权市场统计现状进行了初步分析并提出了展望。当前我国矿业权出让市场统计工作较为成熟,相关工作为我国矿业权合理投放和科学布局提供了重要参考。随着战略新兴产业的快速发展和生态文明建设要求的日益提高,未来矿业权出让市场统计工作要重点转向战略性和砂石土类相关矿产。矿业权转让市场由于受行政审批严格的影响,相关数据较少,不能合理反映我国转让市场的全貌,未来应加强与工商管理部门的合作,对涉及矿业权转让的各类信息加强分析研究,为我国矿业权转让市场的合理运行提供建议。矿业权中介技术服务市场和矿业资本市场目前还未成熟,未来要在统计报表制度中增加相关指标,同时要与证券机构等提供第三方服务的公司加强合作,深入分析相关数据,为我国矿业权市场健康发展提供决策依据。This paper preliminary analyzes the current statistical status of the mining rights market in China and puts forward further prospects.Currently,the statistical work of the mining rights transfer market is relatively mature,and the relevant work provides an important reference for the reasonable allocation and scientific layout of mining rights in China.With the rapid development of strategic emerging industries and the increasing requirements of the ecological civilization construction,the future statistical work of the mining rights transfer market should focus on strategic and sandstone-related minerals.The mining rights transfer market is affected by being subject to strict administrative examination and approval,there are only less relevant data,which cannot reasonably reflect the full picture of the transfer market in China.In the future,through strengthening cooperation with industry and commerce administration departments,analysis and research on various types of information related to mining rights transfer,provide the suggestion for the reasonable operation of the transfer market in China.The intermediary technology service market and mining capital of mining rights are not mature yet,statistics of relevant indicators should be added to the statistical reporting system in the future,simultaneously,should strengthen cooperation with companies providing third-party services such as securities institutions,to deeply analyze relevant data,provide decision-making basis for the healthy development of mining rights market in China.
