摘　　要：根据自然资源部职责,掌握海洋资源总量、开发利用活动等情况对海洋综合管理具有重要的支撑作用。海洋统计是海洋综合管理的基础性工作,是了解海洋发展状况的重要方法和途径。本文所提海洋统计具体包括海域使用和海岛统计,全面梳理了我国海洋统计从工作制度、工作内容及指标演变、信息化平台建设、统计产品等方面的发展历程,提出了海洋统计未来发展的若干建议,对于进一步认识和了解海洋统计发展历程、明确海洋统计发展方向具有重要的指导意义。According to the responsibilities of the Ministry of Natural Resources,it plays an important supporting role for the integrated marine management to master the total amount of marine resources,development and utilization activities,etc.Marine statistics is the basic work of marine integrated management,an important method as well as a way to understand the development situation of the ocean.The marine statistics proposed in this paper specifically includes the use of sea areas and island statistics,comprehensively summarizes the development history of marine statistics in China from the aspects of the working system,work content and index evolution,information platform construction,and statistical products,puts forward some suggestions for the future development of marine statistics,which is of great guiding significance for further recognizing and understanding the development process of marine statistics and clarifying the development direction of marine statistics.
