摘 要:装配式建筑生产、物流和装配阶段构件种类与数量庞大,导致信息传递不通畅和沟通不到位等,在充分分析和归纳装配式建筑施工管理中BIM与RFID技术应用现状的基础上,对基于BIM-RFID的装配式建筑构件施工精细化管理进行研究。提出构件管理流程,解决装配式建筑构件各环节中关联的信息交流平台问题,对推动装配式建筑构件生产、运输、入场、存储和吊装管理健康平稳发展具有积极作用。In the process of producing prefabricated components in construction as well as transportation and prefabricated,the types and quantities of artifacts are huge. The result is that there are such problems as less transmitted information and less communication in terms of management in construction. In full analysis and induction of the stage of prefabricated in construction,from management to the implement of BIM technology,with the advantage of RFID technology,based on BIM-RFID integrated components,the study investigates the management in different phases of construction. It puts forward the process of managing components and solves the problem of exchanging information on the platform related to each part in the process of prefabricated components in construction. It plays a positive role in promoting the healthy and stable development of prefabricated components in production,transportation,admission,storage and management of hoist.
