摘 要:以宁波通途路综合管廊工程为背景,针对盾构法管廊节点井多、盾构始发接收频次高的特点,结合地质条件和周围环境复杂、工期紧张的情况,对盾构接收方案进行比选研究。通过多维度对比不同接收工法、端头土体加固方式、密封装置及过站方式,给出合理的盾构接收方案,既顺利完成多次进洞,又适应高效过节点井的需求,并取得较好的技术经济效果。Taking Ningbo Tongtu Road comprehensive utility tunnel project as the background,in view of the characteristics of utility tunnels with many node wells and high frequency of shield starting and receiving,as well as combined with the geological conditions,complex surrounding environment and short construction period,the shield receiving scheme is compared and studied. Through comparing different receiving methods,end soil reinforcement methods,sealing devices and station passing methods multi-dimension,the proposed shield receiving scheme is given. The engineering practice proves that the scheme has good effect,it not only successfully completes multiple hole entry,but also adapts to the demand of high-efficiency cross node well,and obtains better technical and economic effect.
