摘　　要：里底水电工程三期溢洪道改建要求在1个枯期内完成,工期较为紧张,三期改建是否能按期完成,关系着电站按期投产发电目标。因此,对三期工程的全过程施工管理研究显得非常重要。从建设管理出发,充分阐述了优化、管理措施方面取得的经验,对全过程管理经验进行了详细介绍。Reconstruction of the third-stage spillway of Lidi Hydropower Project is required to be completed in one dry period,and the construction period is rather tight.Whether the third-stage reconstruction can be completed on schedule is related to the target of putting the power plant into operation on schedule.Therefore,it is very important to study the whole construction management of PhaseⅢProject.Starting from construction management,the experience gained in optimization and management measures is fully elaborated,and the whole process management experience is described in detail.
