摘  要:为探讨日粮添加产朊假丝酵母菌(Candida utilis)对肉牛育肥增重性能的影响,选取15月龄体重(376.53±30.31)kg的新疆褐牛与哈萨克牛杂交F1代公牛30头,随机分为对照组(CT)与产朊假丝酵母菌组(CU),CT组饲喂全混合日粮(TMR),CU组在TMR中按10 g/100 kg体重添加产朊假丝酵母菌粉剂(活菌数≥4×109 CFU/g)。饲养期为120 d,每隔30 d测定TMR剩料粒度、体重变化,并采用粪筛对粪样分布进行粒度分析。结果表明:在TMR投料配方比例与制作粒度保持不变的情况下,随着育肥期的延长,宾州筛第1层(粒径>19 mm)比例下降,说明添加产朊假丝酵母菌可以提高肉牛对长粗饲料的采食;15月龄肉牛体重变化随饲养天数呈一元线性增长模式;CU组平均干物质采食量(DMI)比CT组降低9.9%(P<0.05);CU组平均耗料增重比(F/G)比CT组下降了15.4%(P<0.05),日增重(ADG)有所提高(P>0.05),说明CU组可以提高饲料转化效率;CU组胴体重高于CT组4.2%(P<0.05),但屠宰率无显著差异;利用粪筛对CU组与CT组粪便粒径分析,中上层比例有所降低表明CU组肉牛对TMR中饲料颗粒消化更加充分。综上所述,日粮添加产朊假丝酵母可以提高15月龄肉牛对TMR中长纤维的采食,DMI降低9.9%,F/G降低15.4%,胴体重提高4.2%。To investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with Candida utilis on fattening and weight gain performance of beef cattle,30 F1 bulls of 15-month-old Xinjiang brown cattle and Kazakh cattle were selected and randomly divided into control groups(CT)and Candida utilis group(CU),CU group added 10 g/100 kg body weight dose of Candida utilis powder in total mixed diet(TMR)(live bacteria count≥4×109 CFU/g).The feeding period is 120 days.The particle size and weight change of the remaining TMR are measured every 30 days,and the size distribution of the fecal sample was analyzed by using a manure screen.The results show that with the proportion of TMR feeding formula and the production particle size unchanged,with the extension of the fattening period,the ratio of the first layer of Binzhou sieve(particle size>19 mm)decreases,indicating that the CU group can increase the length of beef cattle.Rough feed intake;15-month-old beef cattle body weight change showed a linear growth pattern with feeding days;The average dry matter intake(DMI)of the CU group was reduced by 9.9%compared with the CT group(P<0.05);the CU group The average feed weight gain ratio(F/G)decreased by 15.4%(P<0.05)compared with the CT group.There was no significant difference in ADG but there was an increase,indicating that the CU group can improve feed conversion efficiency;The CU group has high carcass weight 4.2%in CT group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in slaughter rate;Using fecal sieve to analyze the size of feces in CU group and CT group,the ratio of middle and upper layers decreased,indicating that CU group beef cattle digested feed particles in TMR more fully.In summary,dietary supplementation with Candida utilis can increase the intake of 15-month-old beef cattle on TMR medium fiber,DMI decreased by 9.9%,F/G decreased by 15.4%,carcass weight increased by 4.2%,and feed conversion efficiency was improved significantly.
