浅谈教练员的鼓励性语言对女子足球运动员训练的影响

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,并通过查阅相关书籍和文献资料等,旨在揭示教练员的鼓励性语言对女子足球运动员训练的影响,并为教练员日后对女子足球运动员的训练提供科学的理论指导。调查得出教练员的语言鼓励可以对女子足球运动员的心理状态、掌握动作、训练坚持性产生积极的影响。This paper aims to reveal the influence of coaches,encouraging language on the training of female football players and provide scientific theoretical guidance for coaches,training of female football players in the future through the methods of literature review,interviews and consulting relevant books and literature.It is concluded that coaches,language encouragement can have a positive impact on female football players,psychological state,movement mastery and training persistence.
