摘  要:针对流域各水电站应对安全风险的能力较弱且未进行分级管控的现状,通过对流域各水电站远控模式下运行安全风险点梳理分析,结合多年梯级联合调度经验,以电网调度总领,公司、集控中心、电站三级管控的工作思路,建立了一套远控模式下运行安全风险管控新模式,有效降低了因电网运行方式变化对流域水电站运行安全的影响。实践证明该方法简单易实施,且成效明显,可供同类型流域公司参考执行。In view of the weak ability to deal with security risk of hydropower stations in the basin and the lack of classification management and control,this paper analyzes the operation security risk points of hydropower stations in the basin under the remote control mode,combines with many years of experience in cascade joint dispatching,and establishes a new mode of operation security risk management and control under the remote control mode with the working idea of power grid dispatching as the master,the company,centralized control center and power station as the three-level management and control,which effectively reduces the influence of changes in power grid operation mode on the operation safety of hydropower stations in the basin.Practice has proved that the method is simple and easy to implement,and the effect is obvious,which can be used as a reference for similar river basin companies.
