装配式建筑计价体系建设与对策研究

摘　　要：阐释装配式建筑的计价体系和特点,分析在工程计价方面与传统建造方式相比,存在计价思想、造价构成、取费方式及对市场价格依赖程度等不同之处,并提出建立完善的清单、定额计价体系,完善面向市场的信息价格体系及发布制度等措施建议,以促进装配式建筑健康发展。This paper explains the pricing system and features of prefabricated building,analyzes the differences between the traditional construction methods from the pricing ideas,cost components,charging methods and dependence on market prices,and puts forward some measures and suggestions,such as establishing a complete list and quota pricing system,perfecting the market-oriented information price system and release system,in order to promote the healthy development of prefabricated building.
