海外工程变更优化与索赔调价实践分析——以非洲某行政楼项目为例

摘　　要：国际工程项目在实施过程中受相关因素影响往往会在施工环节出现诸多问题,因而需要进行适当的变更优化和索赔调价。结合非洲某行政楼项目的工作实践,总结国际工程项目施工过程中进行变更优化、索赔调价的相关经验,基于实践经验与感悟,提出相关建议,以期为类似工程的项目管理提供一些参考。There are some problems often occur in the construction process during the implementation of international engineering projects affected by relevant factors,thus it needs appropriate changes or optimization and claims for compensation or price adjustment.Based on the practical work of an Africa administrative building project,this paper summarizes the relevant experience of changes,optimization,claims and price adjustment during the process of international engineering project construction,and based on practical experience and insights,proposes some suggestions,so as to provide some references for project management of similar projects.
